Robert Olheide-Koehler is an accomplished Sales and Channel Manager with more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and IT industries. As Area Sales Manager DACH at PROSE Technologies, he leads regional business development and strategic partnerships across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Before joining PROSE Technologies, Robert spent over a decade at Huawei Technologies, where he held several senior roles in solution sales, product management in wireless, including LampSite domain, and enterprise channel development. His achievements include building sustainable partner ecosystems, driving double-digit revenue growth, and earning Huawei’s Excellent Staff Award for outstanding teamwork and business impact. 

Robert combines strong technical insight with strategic sales acumen. He is passionate about fostering long-term customer relationships, enabling innovation, and creating value through trust and collaboration.
