SOLiD’s O-RAN portfolio includes DASource®, O-RU (O-RAN Radio Unit), and FHM (Fronthaul Multiplexer).
The DASource® is a compact, easy-to-install device that delivers RF signals to DAS Distributed Antenna System, saving space and energy while offering greater flexibility and lower latency. The O-RU and FHM provide cost-effective solutions for public and private networks. The FHM supports the O-RAN Alliance’s Shared Cell feature, reducing resource strain, minimising costly switches, and lowering overall costs.

SOLiD DASource® is the signal source for DAS, providing both simplex and duplex interface ports. It helps overcome DAS optical link distance limitations by reducing TDD cross-link interference and offering an external antenna delay compensation feature.
Simplify Coverage with
FHM’s Smart Multiplexing
The FHM (Fronthaul Multiplexer) uses the copy/combine feature to provide coverage expansion without inter-cell interference.
It mitigates interference without complex multiple-cell planning, making it effective for rapidly changing in-building environments.

O-RAN RUs for All Deployments
O-RAN radio units include low- and medium-power options for diverse 4G/5G needs. The O-LRU_A is cost-effective for smaller areas, while the O-MRU provides stronger coverage for wider or denser environments. Both support eCPRI and various baseband products for flexible deployment.
